Place of Assignment: Personnel Administration Division (PAD)



Education: Completion of two (2) year studies in College or High School Graduate with relevant vocational trade course

Experience: 1 year of relevant experience

Training: 4 hours of relevant training



Education: Preferably graduate of Bachelor's degree

Experience: Preferably 1 year of relevant experience along personnel administration

Training: Preferably 4 hours of relevant training on personnel administration/payroll preparation

Eligibility: Career Service Sub-Professional/First Level Eligibility



  1. Computer literate (MS Word, Excel or Access)



Under immediate supervision, and in accordance with existing guidelines, rules and regulation and protocols, performs variety of skilled computer operation tasks and clerical functions along personnel administration; and does related work.

Functions and Responsibilities:

  1. Encode/assist in the preparation of draft communication, e.g. letter, memoranda, reports, guidelines and the likes
  2. Encode/print office/ARTA ID
  3. Compute overtime services rendered/compensatory overtime credits based on the Daily Time Record (DTR)
  4. Prepares payroll, obligation request and disbursement voucher
  5. Prepares Certification of employment and Service Record
  6. Assist in the area of personnel and administrative work
  7. Does other related tasks as maybe assigned from time to time.

  1. Encoded/printed Letters/Memoranda
  2. Updated records
  3. RIS/PRs
  4. Data on office supplies/equipment
  5. Project Procurement Management Plan (PPMP)
  6. Computation of overtime services/compensatory overtime credits of employees
  7. Certification of employment
  8. Service Record
  9. Employee ID
